Jean-Paul highly takes care of the vine so it expresses the best of itself and it produces grapes with a strong maturity. It will allow to launch very long and low temperature carbonic maceration, which will give this unrivalled style to the domain: crunchy, rich and with a nice long finish wines.
Different terroirs forming the domain, allow to Jean-Paul to get a range of great wines. Indeed, we find in its flasks, unique minerality of each plot, intrinsic characteristics and specificities of each vintage. They allow to obtain genuine, deep, gourmand, subtle, nicely complex wines with long finish and silky tannins…all delicacy so sought-after.
