Their vineyard is established since 7 vines generations on 6 villages, called Cru, spread between the Valley of the Haute-Marne and the “Whites Hill”. Since 2012, they decided to make evolve their Champagne using all the richness of these different grounds. The allocation of vines on different subsoils, exposures, heights, valleys or hills, allow them to have wines showing a diversity of sensory expressions at the origin of their Champagnes range.
This harmony research between ground and grapes, get them to revise the work of their vines. In 2016, the farm has been certified H.V.E (High Environmental Value) and sustainable viticulture. This work election is the source of a necessary harmony between nature protection for a rigorous management of treatments and the development of grapes necessary to the production of their Champagnes. This with the target to reveal particularities of their grounds and their “savoir-faire”.
