Keep at ambient temperature.
Open the tin, plunge it into a bain-marie until the fat get liquefied. Heat at hot temperature (without fat) in a frying pan or in the oven, until the skin being gilded.

Use the fat to cook vegetables as side dish (sauteed potatoes, green or haricot beans, peas, carrots, mushrooms,…).
