This Dijon mustard has been prepared from old recipes and traditionally: seeds have been grinded with a millstone which preserve gustatory qualities to the pastry. It has a spicy, lightly sweet and with note of vinegar flavour.
Mustard is employed to prepare either hot or cold sauces, or as a dish accompaniment.
Water, mustard seeds, white wine 16,7% (with sulfites), vinegar, cream of Dijon blackcurrant liqueur (blackcurrant, sugar, alcohol, water) 5,4%, salt, blackcurrant natural aroma, mustard teguments (sulfites), sugar, coloring agent: cochineal.
