Each piece of the Confit must be heated in the oven or in a frying pan with very few fat insisting on the skin side to give it essential colour and crusty.
Side dish and Beverages
We recommend to serve this dish with sautéed potatoes in a frying pan with olive oil, salt and pepper. Potatoes can be cut into slices or cubes before to be sautéed. It is suggested to choose a wine coming from the geographic area near the production place, as a red Bergerac rather young would be ideal.
