Characteristics
The monkfish looks more to a monster than to a mermaid, the fact remains that it is an exceptional fish with firm flesh as meat, delicate as fish. Called monkfish or angler, the monkfish is a really appreciated fish for gastronomes.
Unique for its aspect and with a delicate and white meat, it is here associated to the freshness and bitterness of the grapefruit.
The Nori seaweed is an edible seaweed from the family of red seaweeds which has the softer and flavourful taste.
