Tasting and recommendations
The dark cherry colour opens onto an intense noise of fresh pineapple, exotic fruits with a jot of vanilla. Its value in mouth is both rich and intense with a freshness balance give happiness to this wine.
It will go with your barbecues, lasagne, cold meats, melons, red fruits, pastries, fruits fountains, duck à l’orange or desserts with dark chocolate. But, it is also an excellent comrade of the spicy Mediterranean cooking as Oriental’s one.
