A “Grand Cru” for great moments.
A sophisticated and elegant wine, intense and with a lot of body, supported by vanilla aromas from the oak which mingle with red fruits notes.
Born from grapevines of 35 to 70 years old. Fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel barrels. Traditional maturation in oak barrels (35% new) during approximately 12 months. Wines are kept on deposits during their whole maturation.

Tasting and recommendations
A wine having a slow evolution with great possibilities of aging.
Will go with your tasty meats: side of wild boar, rib steak, candied shoulder of lamb,… also with some fishes cooked with red wine and finally with your dry and fine cheeses.
