Traditional vinification, 2 weeks maceration, temperature 24°C. Maturing in vat during 7 to 10 months. Maturity 2 to 5 years.

Tasting and recommendations
The shiny colour, garnet red with purple sparkles, opens on a noise associating scents of red fruits with toasted and spicy notes. In the mouth, fat and flexibility balance themselves with lightness and fruit. Tannins quite light and melted are wrapped up by a fruity character which persists in the final of this Bourgueil gourmand and delicious.
Will go with your white meats, roasts, cooked meats and grilled food.
