The SAGARNOA from the Cider works Txopinondo is a fermented beverage made from apple (100% juice), raised on dregs in barrel during at least 6 months. It is a cool and fruity beverage.
It is produced according to an ancestral handmade method with apples from the Basque country and from other areas.

The point of view of the Master of the cellar
Drink it very fresh at about 12°C. Dry and fruity taste. Developed aromatic notes, exotic fruits. The bottle must be shaken before opening to put back in suspension the natural sediment of a not filtered beverage. Serve in trickle at approximately 50 centimeters of the glass with a flat bottom, the Sagarnoa presents an abundant beard.
